testing rubric change

i propose the reasoning part in the testing rubric to be changed based on the fact that at any time given a tester cannot read a testee's mind and therefore he cannot know his entire reasoning in a situation

But what about if there is a predicament like so;

I activate solemn warning and you try to negate it with Legendary Six Samurai Shi-En.

And I tell you that you can not do that. And then you argue with me over this fact.
Surly you reasoning was not very good?
